What if something breaks after you're done?

Every project comes with a 30-day support window at no extra charge. If something goes sideways in the first month, We'll fix it. If you want ongoing coverage after that, monthly retainers start at $250.

Do We own my website when it's done?

100%. You own everything — the domain, the files, the content. We don't hold anything hostage. If you ever want to move on or work with someone else, you can take everything with you.

We already have a website. Can you fix it instead of rebuilding?

Absolutely. Sometimes a fix is all you need. We'll look at what you have and give you an honest answer — rebuild only makes sense if the existing site is beyond saving or costs more to fix than replace.

Do you work with businesses outside Guelph?
